What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
For a long time, I struggled to achieve my goals and also had some health problems. Eventually, I hit rock-bottom. I knew at that point that I had to find a way to improve myself that worked. So I researched and researched to understand why I couldn’t seem to be successful. It led me to a plethora of information on the brain, habits, and willpower, and showed that the strategies we all use to achieve goals and new year’s resolutions conflict with how the brain is actually designed.
I decided then to come up with a strategy that does coincides with the brain. Through even more research I devised a strategy that helped me achieve goals and become healthier. I then used that strategy itself to write a book about it to share with others and hopefully help them like it helped me.
