Rob RodenParker was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and has been a dreamer and creative spirit for over 45 years.
His journey into writing has only been recent, but his passion for igniting imaginations goes back a long time. After the birth of his kids – Max, 11 and Sophie, 9 – he was always creating whimsical worlds and characters to tell them bedtime stories that would have them laughing, wondering, and always wanting more.
In true mid-life-crisis fashion, he decided that he should write some of these stories down. Maybe even sell them. So he set out to take those crazy kid’s stories and compile them into a book. The result was the #1 Best Seller “Funny Things I Heard at the Bus Stop” that spawned two volumes and a short story book all of its own – “Globlins in the Garden”, all published under the pen name Angela Giroux.
But his true passion was always the paranormal. He read plenty of horror novels growing up. His favorite holiday is Halloween. He loves getting scared – and scaring others.
