The Diarrhea Diaries: Trump’s Tweets That Gives Us the Runs Kindle Edition

4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars 15 ratings

The 480 Tweets assembled in this book were selected by the Editor and are solely those of Donald J. Trump, currently the President of the United States. They are presented here word-for-word as he wrote them. Misspellings and punctuation errors are Mr. Trumps. Tweets are presented in specific categories as shown in the Table of Contents. Tweets longer than 280 characters are those continued in a second or third Tweet. Mr. Trump targeted many of the same individuals often retweeting an existing Tweet by changing a pejorative word (s) to reinforce his ire with that person along with other key words used over and over to make his point. Bold and underlined words within the Tweets are by the Editor to demonstrate this pattern.

The Tweets are presented with no political intent other than to demonstrate how The President prefers to communicate, how he responds to those who disagree with him and his responses to his perceived political enemies. Some will find these Tweets amusing. Others may be dismayed that they were written by the President of the United States.

Editorial Reviews

Review

The Diarrhea Diaries, Trump's TweetsThat Give Us the Runs, Edited by Robert J Emery, is humorous and startling at the sametime. Although many have read Donald Trump's tweets and have probably wonderedat or even been amused by many of them, this book presents 480 of them in 34chapters. I found them funny, hilarious, surprising, offensive, and oftenalarming all at the same time. But that is the point of the book, which isn't apolitical commentary by any means. Instead, it is simply a collection of tweetsby the President to be read in a light-hearted fashion for the sake ofamusement. The book achieves that goal.
5-Stars - Gisela Dixon Readers' Favorite Reviews

"In myprofessional life I stay apolitical; however, when this book crossed my desk, Ihad to read it. A quick book to read, this author hascollected and organized tweets posted by President Trump. As someone whostays on the fringe of social media and politics the amount and quality oftweets was surprising. The content even more so. So, whether youfollow Twitter, President Trump or not, this is an enlightening read and worththe time." Jennie Reads Reviews - URL: wp.me/p8zOJb-ur

Shocking, eye-opening, and a true revelation into the mind of a nut job.
Although I follow the news regularly, the tweets in this book truly made me shudder at the idea that the guy whowrote them is actually sitting in the Oval Office. The tweets sounded like abelligerent & entitled school-girl, and the grammar punctuation andspelling pointed to someone who is FAR from a genius...stable or otherwise. Ithought this book was a great collection of Trump's weirdest posts, andsomething that all Americans should read before the 2020 election. The peopleneed to know what a wack-job Donald Trump really is...and this book illustratesthat point soundly! I thought it was especially cool that the editor whoassembled this book even went so far as to use a font that replicates DonaldTrump's actual handwriting. Yes, the font is called LittleHands, and it appearsto have been written with a Sharpie. Such a classy touch! 5-stars. Rotten Apple Publishing

From the Author

This book is not meant as a political statement by myself, but by President Donald J. Trump. It is written in his words, not mine.

Yep,just as I thought!! Funny, very funny!! I had no idea there was this much thumb diddling coming out of the White House!!.. I want to know, how in the world is this joker allowed to constantly tweet his way thru his presidency?? How is his phone a super secured line?? After all the huff and puff over Clinton's server? (While we're here-how can Ivanka and Jared use private server after being told they couldn't!? They should have to abide by the rules/laws like everyone else...oh wait,Daddy doesn't abide by anything so they don't have to either!!)
    Ok,back to the book! Enjoyed it,cute and funny..entertaining! --P/

“This book is an eye-opener no matter your political affiliations or weather you are a Twitter follower or not. It is beautifully laid out in 34 highly-charged chapters presenting with crystal clear clarity the President’s persistent daily use of Twitter as a tool to not only run our government, but to attack and disparage individuals as well as those he considers his political rivals. It’s not pretty. A must read. Highly recommended.” 5-Stars – KDW

After reading this book I don't know whether to laugh, cry, be horrified or bemused - is it possible to feel all of these simultaneously??? - by these tweets from the president of the United States. But it did slam home in sharp relief what kind of man currently holds the highest office of our nation and it's not a flattering image.

I would highly recommend this book, no matter which side of the fence you are on politically as it encapsulates Trump in a way I don't believe has been done before. This isn't opinion or a behind the scene look at Trump, but him, entirely in his own words made in a public forum organized for readers to take in the full scope of his stream-of-conscious tweets without any filters. It is probably the clearest portrait we'll ever have of this man who has been both vilified and venerated by the public throughout most of his life.

Quite a revealing look at all the tweets including those that you didn't see in the press. How does he have time to govern of he's constantly tweeting? This compilation is very well presented and very revealing...a must read.

The editor assembled this book in such a clever way, once i got into it, i could not put it down.i was stunned at what i was reading. To believe thar anyone much less the president of the united states, could write such mean-spirited tweets ,so this was a real eye opener for me to see so many of his tweets to put people down. Everyone- everyone- should read this book, and i hope they do. i don't follow twitter so this was areal eye opener for me ! I give it a 5 star. Pearl g

It makes no difference what your political affiliations or beliefs are, the 34 chapters and 480 Presidential Tweets in this book will have an effect on you. It illustrates clearly the President’s penchant for expressing his anger publicly and, unfortunately, unfairly disparages its intended victim. The editor did a great job pulling it all together. I encourage everyone to read it. 5-Stars. TH

A massing of Trump Tweets that point to one thing. A scared little man that has to put people down to build himself up. Bravo!
