- Reviewed in the United States on December 25, 2014I read the story and I thought that is was very sweet. I was impressed by the way Sarah just wouldn't give up until she was satisfied that Twinkle was happy. The author did a great job by showing the reader that persistence pays off in the end. I would recommend this book to any child who wants to read a great story and to any parent that wants their child to experience a positive life lesson in a fun way.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 25, 2014It's really hard for me to write a review for a children books when i usually read ++++++18 books :D
But the strangest thing is that i love these kind of Nicole's books too. So if you have a kid and you want a perfect stories for them buy this one and all the others too. And i think that paperbacks would be perfect too so they can see with their perfect little eyes all of Nicole's perfect stories :)
- Reviewed in the United States on December 17, 2014I read this book with my 4 year old son and his pre-school class. Everyone LOVED this book. The kids enjoyed making silly faces with the characters and "helping to pick out a Christmas Tree" This book encouraged participation and gave the kids a chance to be themselves :-) I am a huge fan of all of Nicole's books. I cannot wait for her to come out with a new one for another bonding session with my children :-)
- Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2014My 2 youngest, 3 and 4, love Nicole's book and now I think they have a new favorite. When reading this story they had smiles on their faces and laughed at the tries to make the tree smile. Even my oldest, 10, enjoyed it. Can't wait for more from Nicole. I was given this book as a gift.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 23, 2015Nicole does it again.. A perfect book for a child that feels different from other kids.. There is a lesson to be learned from this tree. You can still be different and be loved. Kudos Nicole on the fabulous book.
